We of course comply with the Sale of Goods Act and all Distance Selling Regulations. We want you to be delighted with the service and products you receive from Drew's Lab, and will act immediately if you are not.
The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If, after receiving your order from Drew's Lab, you have changed your mind about any item, you may cancel your order up to 14 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the price paid, including our shipping charge, within 2 days of the goods being delivered back to us.
Please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return anything and we will send you the returns paperwork.
Goods returned must be in perfect condition and fit for resale.
We will only accept goods returned to us that are in perfect condition and "fit for re-sale" This means that the original product retail packaging should be intact and in good condition and the goods themselves should be returned in perfect condition, as received by you the consumer. All product tags and information MUST remain attached.
The shipping cost for returning your order to us will be paid by the customer and we recommend you use an insured trackable service, as Drew's Lab are not liable should your order be lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage.
Products that are security sealed cannot be accepted for a refund if the security seals have been opened.
Where 2 or more products have been purchased as part of a bundle, your receipt will show a breakdown of costs and detail the applicable refund amount should any individual item be returned.
Where an additional accessory has been included FREE with your purchase, BOTH items must be returned to us.
If your product develops a fault while it is under warranty, please notify us at email@example.com and we will send you the appropriate paperwork.
Special Order Goods
Please note than any made to order products are not covered by the Right of Consumer Cancellation.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We always send goods using an insured service and should you receive goods that are damaged, we are able to make a claim for damages. However, claims are only valid if goods are signed for as damaged, which means you should check the contents before signing for the parcel.
Should you have a complaint about the service or products purchased from Drew's Lab, please contact us by email, telephone or by post. It is important to us that you are delighted with Drew's lab, and we will endeavour to resolve your issue within 14 days of receipt.
Only one code may be used for each individual purchase. Discount codes are not valid on Bundles or Thermal Core Kits.
